Like it was strange watching a story about farmer suicides in a mall built on the ruins of a once great factory. So many crushed dreams below our tashreefs. I though peepli live could not make up its mind; to take up the suicide issue or indict the media... a good effort though, but to call it a black comedy is taking it too far.. I liked 'tingya' much better. simple direct storytelling...
Like, we have become a nation of extremely tolerant people. Jab tak apne niche aag nahi lagti we do not act. Some of us vent our anger through blogs, some through virtual groups all of which really mean nothing...

ReplyDeletewhen it comes to mall today.. I m slowly getting used to... Not with brands but with the price tags.... Am sure most of us would agree.... Its no matter if the tag says adidas or abibas.... As long as fitted on my legs perfectly..... The stunning difference was the price tag which had an unnnecesssary zero behind it.....
Some things will never change in us Indians..... Its is in our blood.... DENEKA BHAV BOL... No matter what price they quote.... Look up for discounts or offers... Have u ever realised. .. Malls make more business when they publish sale hoardings..... Not cause they compromise on their profits.....the funda is so very simple..jack up the price a week before and then sell it at a discount.... And at end of it every one is satisfied...
