So what do i expect as a customer.
1. I expect to be treated fairly. While i have no problem in the seller making a profit, i expect that the seller keep his side of the transaction by delivering exactly what was promised.
2. I expect that the transaction be concluded in the time committed by the seller.
3. I expect to be informed of the features in a clear and transparent manner to help me make an informed decision.
4. When i make a mistake by ordering the same thing twice, i would like to be treated with respect (not made to look like a fool).
5. i would like the seller to trust me for my feedback and judgement.
