and fake messiahs.

728 weeks of a self imposed exile,
728 weeks of an indifferent majority,
no tsunamis rage for her,
no guitars strum for her on the national stage.

she is freed, after 14 years the black robed priests have paid heed,
a voice liberated, she stands once again,
14 years not enough to break her spirit,
